Changeling

This is a solo journaling game based on the Wretched & Alone system by Chris Bissette and Loot The Room, which uses a d6, a deck of cards, and a jenga tower. In it, you play a Changeling, a creature created by the fey and left in the place of a stolen human child. To play, you'll set up a jenga tower (or substitute), roll dice, draw cards, and journal your character's experiences based on the prompts on the cards.

This game deals with themes of body horror, fear, isolation, suspense, despair, depression, prejudice, abandonment, betrayal, violence, and death. While the changeling commonly stands as an allegory for autism, it appears here as a metaphor for anyone who's ever felt oppressed, ostracized, or misunderstood.
