Villains/Minions

In this hack of Ghost/Echo, you'll play villains attempting to take over, destroy, or remake the world! You have minions to command, loot to collect, and secret agents to avoid. Who will gather enough loot to enact their evil secret plan first?

This game can be played with only the first two pages. The third page expands the games with rules on minions and henchmen, major and minor injuries, loyalty, and experience and leveling up!
